We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Agricultural Division in Innisfail.In this role, you'll work with farmers, contractors and local businesses to help them find the right agricultural and construction equipment for their needs.You will:Sell agricultural and construction machinery across the regionBuild solid relationships with current and existing customersIdentify new business opportunitiesManage your own sales territoryAchieve sales targets and grow market shareRepresent leading machinery brands with professionalism and excellent customer serviceThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, being out on the road, and helping customers find the right solutions.About YouWe're looking for someone who:Enjoys sales and building relationshipsIs self-motivated and driven to achieve resultsHas strong communication and negotiation skillsWorks well independently and as part of a teamHolds a current driver's licenceExperience selling agricultural, construction, truck, earthmoving or other heavy machinery is highly regarded,



although we also welcome applications from successful sales professionals with solid connections in the agricultural sector and a solid understanding of farmers' needs.A strong customer service background will also be considered, particularly where candidates can demonstrate relationship-building skills, confidence working with customers, and a customer-focused approach.Experience with brands such as New Holland, Case IH, John Deere or Kubota is an advantage but not essential.Why Join Brown and Hurley?
