BHP is seeking a proactive Smelting Leader for Olympic Dam in South Australia.
The role leads safety, performance and daily activities on a 7 day / 7 night, 12‐hour roster, with residential, DIDO or FIFO options.You will drive secure operations and coordinate with maintenance to meet production targets.
Ideally you bring extensive smelting or minerals processing experience, and a proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a complex site setting.
