The role will entail the following:Based on site in the Melbourne CBDBeing the key link between the design and construction implementation on siteRFIs and resolution in line with the construction programmeQA/ITPsDirecting and issuing instructions to subcontractorsInstigating, following up, and closing out of submittals in line with programmeAssisting with OH&S; documentationAssisting with claims and variationsDocumenting,



actioning and close out of defectsThe CandidateConsider applying if you fit the following criteria:Have a relevant qualification - tertiary and trade qualifications considered.Have experience using typical industry software e.g. Procore, Breadcrumb or Hammertech, Bluebeam, Microsoft suiteCan clearly demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' experience on relevant fitout projectsAbility to handle the pressure of a fast paced project and environmentAble to interpret construction programmesAre a systematic operator, while also being agile and open to alternative methodsKeen to work in a small team, in a growing business with prospect for a permanent role.Remuneration to be determined based on experience and suitability.
