Full‐time, permanent role focused on customer retention and relationship growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEducate customers on banking products, services, and features.Support customers in navigating digital channels, virtual banking services, and in‐branch resources.Identify prospects to refer customers to other departments (Lending, Virtual, Business, Wealth, etc.).
Assist customers with everyday banking via virtual, phone, and in‐person interactions.Required Experience & SkillsCustomer Service and Sales Experience,



ideally in a contact/call centre or customer‐facing environment.Energetic personality with genuine passion for helping people.Resilience – ability to remain calm and composed dealing with challenging situations or difficult customers.Adaptability and willingness to learn current banking procedures and technologies.Training & DevelopmentNo banking experience required.
