We are currently seeking a self motivated and sales focused qualified to be a key member of our talented team as a Travel Concierge in a phone based revenue collecting role that has a strong focus on sales,



along with customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with booked travellersProviding quotes to customers departing on overseas tripsCollecting payments for all travel servicesUpselling and cross-selling insurance, tours, accommodation and moreMeet revenue and outbound call targetsProvide outstanding customer service throughout the pre-departure processWho We're Looking For:Motivated by hitting targets and delivering resultsConfident, engaging communicator who enjoys building rapportProven sales experience (phone-based sales strongly preferred)Comfortable handling objections and closing salesDetail-oriented with robust organisational skillsPositive, proactive, and a genuine passion for travelWhat's In It for You?
