Warragul Community Aged Care in Warragul seeks a Deputy Residential Manager to support the Residential Manager in running the residence and mentoring staff.
You will lead clinical professionals and care workers to deliver exceptional resident care in a quick-paced setting.
The role requires robust communication, leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement in a not-for-profit aged care setting.
AHPRA registration and police check are required.
