Chef/ Experienced Cook – Brewery & Smokehouse KitchenWe are looking for more than someone who can simply work a shift.
We want an experienced Cook or Chef who is ready to take ownership of the kitchen, lead by example and help drive the food side of Pacific Ocean Brewing forward.Working alongside our existing kitchen staff, you will help maintain robust daily standards while bringing fresh ideas, creativity and genuine passion to the role.
You will have the chance to contribute to menu development, improve kitchen systems and create dishes that keep customers coming back.Your responsibilities will include:Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation and organisation of the kitchenPreparing and cooking menu items consistently and to a high standardLeading busy services calmly and confidentlyHelping develop new dishes, specials and menu ideasMaintaining preparation,
