You'll work closely with the leadership team across floor operations, team development, reservations, and the guest experience.This is a role for someone who's already found their feet in hospitality leadership and is ready for the next step.What You'll Be DoingLeading service on the floor and setting the standard for the teamSupporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of floor staffManaging reservations and pre-service briefings in collaboration with the teamOverseeing opening and closing proceduresHandling guest feedback in the momentAssisting with rostering,
