Hunter Current England Health in NSW seeks a Part time Pre-Assessment Clinic Nurse to support the Acute and Surgical Services team at Cessnock District Hospital.
You will ensure thorough pre-operative assessment and optimisation, coordinating care with the Waitlist team in a energetic peri-operative setting.You will liaise with multidisciplinary colleagues to prepare patients for admission, identify high-risk cases, and help maintain patient safety and timely pathways.
