The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Assist with accounts receivable, payable & bank reconciliationsPrepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.Assist with monthly and annual financial reconciliations.Inventory accounting, product costingSupport the preparation of budgets and forecasts.Conduct variance analysis to aid decision-making.Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

A degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.Commencing CA/CPA or part qualifiedProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.Understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
