Redpath Partners is currently partnering with a leading T2 head contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to join their commercial team and assist with the delivery of iconic, technically complex data centre projects.This is a outstanding chance to join a well-established contractor with a solid project pipeline of work and assist with the delivery of a landmark project.The OpportunityIn this role you will work closely with the Project Manager and broader commercial team (Senior CA), taking responsibility for the commercial and contractual aspects of your project.You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, managing key subcontractor relationships and supporting the delivery of a technically complex, high-value project.About YouIdeally looking for someone with direct data centre experience, however,



candidates who have worked on similarly technical and complex projects will also be considered.You will ideally have:4+ years' experience as a Contract AdministratorExperience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractorExperience on projects valued at $50M+Robust subcontractor management and contractual administration experienceExperience with variations, EOTs, progress claims and procurementStrong commercial acumen and attention to detailExcellent communication and negotiation skillsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineWhy Join?
