The RMS Group Brisbane is seeking an experiencedChefto work in a team of chefs & apprentices at Isles Lane Kitchen & Bar to deliver apremium restaurant menu located in the hub of Brisbane city.We are seeking a chef who;Holds more than 2 years experience in a working chef roleHas the ability to plan menus, source ingredients and deliver within a dedicated food budgetControls the food quality, portion size and presentation of each dishAbility to communicate with FOH, Owners and SuppliersCan confidently prepare and cook a wide variety of meal stylesUpholds the hygiene regulationsAbility to supervise and train staffAbility to prepare, freeze, thaw, cook and preserve all foods typesHas effectively planned,



co-ordinated and delivered on all aspects of the menu in a dining or catering establishment.A ready to work attitudeA positive solid work ethicA solid knowledge and demonstrated experience in designing & cooking Italian & Mediterranean foodsAbility to work in across all sections of the kitchen, ie cold larder, fryer, grill, pans & dessertsDemonstrated experience in managing the pass during peak periodsPride in their personal presentation & their food presentationA passion for learning and growing your skill setA desire to join a team where you're part of a bigger team in a bigger company with 20 years of running hospitality businesses.All applicants must be approved to work 40+hrs per week in Australia.The RMS Groupprovides a great team culture with a robust support network for chefs seeking a to develop their food focus within ourgroup.
