your responsibilities may include:Providing personal care and support with daily livingAdministering medicationMoving and handlingSupporting clinical interventionsDeveloping a positive and trusting relationship with the clientWorking as part of a dedicated 1:1 or 2:1 care teamLearning and delivering specialist complex care interventionsDon't have experience with every intervention?

You'll receive specialist training tailored to the individual client you'll be supporting, including opportunities to develop skills in areas.What we're looking forWe're looking for people who:Have a minimum of 6 months' UK-based care experience within the last 2 yearsIdeally somalian speaking - NOT ESSENTIALHave experience with areas such as personal care, medication and moving & handlingAre compassionate, dependable and committed to delivering high-quality careAre interested in working a secure rota within a client's own homeAre comfortable working independently as part of a 1:1 or 2:1 care packageAre willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care trainingWant to build robust, qualified relationships with clients, families and the wider care team
