You will work with the Executive Chef team to deliver pastry and dessert offerings to a beachside Italian venue opposite Manly Beach.You will develop recipes, maintain high standards, mentor juniors, and ensure food safety compliance while contributing to cost control and stock management.
Immediate start preferred with weekend and holiday availability.
