The Chance
This field-based role will:
Develop and grow existing Gippsland trade accountsExpand trade relationships into the SE Melbourne corridorIdentify and convert new trade opportunities across industrial, construction and automotive sectors
This is a relationship-led field sales role combining account management with structured territory growth.
Key Responsibilities




Maintain and strengthen existing trade relationshipsIdentify and secure recent trade customersExecute structured call plans and territory coverageProvide product guidance across coatings systemsCollaborate with store teams to ensure reliable service deliveryMonitor competitor activity and market trends
About You
Experience in field sales, trade sales or account managementBackground in coatings, automotive, construction or industrial supply preferredStrong relationship builder with commercial awarenessComfortable managing a sales territory autonomouslyConfident using CRM or inventory systemsCurrent Victorian Driver's Licence
