About the Role
You'll be the friendly voice and face at our Northern Rivers store, supporting our hair and beauty customers with orders, product enquiries, and day-to-day assistance.
No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email,



and in personAssisting customers with product enquiries and recommendationsProcessing orders and managing customer accountsMerchandising, monitoring stock and orderingContributing to a positive, fun, and team-focused workplace culture
What We're Looking For
Hairdressing experiencePrevious customer service experienceA genuine passion for the hair and beauty industryExcellent communication and people skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a excellent sense of humour
