As Practice Manager you will be an integral member of our skilled and supportive team, ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day running of our practice and the management of the administration staff.ResponsibilitiesManagement of administration staff, including staff wages and entitlementsProvide friendly, qualified and productive patient careManage surgical listsDuties include answering and responding to phone enquiries, manage appointment diary for multiple specialists,



manage patient appointments for outpatient tests and hospital procedure bookingsProficient outpatient and inpatient billing (Eclipse)Medicare/DVA electronic claimingBanking reconciliationsManagement of all medical correspondenceStaff wages and entitlementsEnd of month practice billingIncoming and outgoing accountsSelection criteriaProfessional and empathetic customer serviceExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work as part of a team and autonomouslyExcellent time management and ability to prioritiseExperience in specialist rooms, in a busy and constantly changing environmentProficient with all patient billings (including outpatient/inpatient (ECLIPSE)/ Medicare/DVA claims)Experience with Zedmed software highly regardedLiaising with doctors, colleagues and other health professionals
