We are seeking an Analyst to join the Real Estate sector team within our Corporate Advisory division.




The successful candidate will play a key role in executing M&A; and capital raising transactions, preparing client materials, and supporting the team in financial analysis and market research.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of M&A; and capital raising transactionsPrepare marketing pitchbooks and related materialsGather public company information and perform analytical researchConduct financial modelling, company valuation, and financial analysisDraft marketing documents such as Information Memorandums and Management PresentationsMaintain various databases, including M&A; transactions, debt and equity capital marketsSkills and AttributesBachelor of Commerce or similar degreeExperience in a bulge bracket or boutique investment bank, or Big 4 accounting firm in corporate financeInterest in M&A; and capital marketsStrong financial and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to present complex concepts clearlyTeam-oriented with a robust work ethicApplicants must have full working rights in Australia.
