St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Bowral Youth Refuge in Bowral, NSW.
The role focuses on assisting young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, helping them regain stability, build resilience and pursue independence within a supportive team.You will work with Case Workers to implement individual care plans, build qualified relationships, and provide trauma-informed, person-centred support.
