MAZI Brighton has a excellent chance for a front of house person to progress their career.Must be able to work 5 days a week, 9am-3pm including both Saturday and Sunday.Position is for 30 hours per week.Typical duties will include:Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.Taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring accurate order entry.Providing exceptional service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.Exceptional customer service and communication skills .
Ability to stay calm and organised in a rapid paced environmentMaintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.Handling payments and processing guest bills accurately.High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
