Phillip Island Winery seeks a Venue Manager to oversee all hospitality operations at their Ventnor location, including front- and back-of-house activities.
You will manage staff and resources to deliver exceptional guest experiences across the winery restaurant, cellar door, and events spaces.You will lead a team of 8–10 full time staff and up to 40 casuals, coordinate weddings and events, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
