Working closely with our Events Director and Events Operations Manager this role will see you overseeing the delivery of events, ensuring all logistics, staffing, and venue requirements are executed efficiently and to a high standard.As a Duty Manager, you'll:Oversee daily operations and venue performance during your shiftLead and support staff on the floor to deliver standout serviceHandle guest queries, compliance, and day-to-day problem-solvingOpen or close the venue, including cash handling and reportingBe the go-to when leadership is neededWhat we're looking for:Proven experience in a team leader, supervisor, or management roleA natural communicator who can motivate and guide othersCalm under pressure, quick on your feet,
