About The Role
Location: Ashwood, VICRoster: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (17 hours per week)
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Catering Assistant to join our team at one of our aged care sites in Ashwood.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified mealsAssist with meal service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer serviceRestock supplies before, during, and after service periodsMaintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas,



including dishwashing dutiesSet tables and assist with plating and meal distribution
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer serviceExperience in contract catering or aged care (desirable but not essential)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environmentCurrent Flu Vaccination and National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
