We're looking for a Client Services Officer to join our team and provide exceptional support to our accountants and clients.About the RoleAs a Client Services / Administration Officer, you will be a key part of our business operations team.
You'll work closely with accountants, partners, and clients to ensure our office runs efficiently and our clients receive outstanding service.Your day will include a mix of client communication, compliance administration, and general office support.
This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team-focused setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging client communications via phone, email, and receptionPreparing and lodging ATO, ASIC,



and other compliance documentsMaintaining client records in our practice management systemSupporting the accounting team with administrative tasks as requiredGeneral office administration including mail, scanning, and filingAbout YouYou'll succeed in this role if you are friendly, organised, and take initiative.
