We are currently seeking a Casual Guest Service Agent / Hotel Receptionist to join our team.What we are looking for:A customer service-focused individual with robust communication skills and pride in personal presentationA passionate team player who can bring a smile to both colleagues and guestsSomeone with positive energy and a can-do attitude, consistently brought to every shiftPrior experience in the hospitality or customer service industryExperience with Opera or similar systems (highly regarded)Full Australian working rights, with availability to work across a rotating roster including mornings, evenings,



weekends and public holidays.Flexibility to assist across other departments of the hotel as requiredAs our next Guest Service Agent, you will:Greet and check in/out guests with a warm and welcoming attitudeHandle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local areaManage phone calls, email enquiries, reservations, and guest requestsAssist with administrative duties including invoicing and maintaining guest accountsEnsure the lobby and front desk area are clean, presentable, and invitingResolve guest complaints or issues professionally and efficientlyCommunicate effectively with other employees, departments, and guestsSupport other hotel departments as neededShortlisted applicants will be contacted via email or phone to arrange an in office interview.
