both written and verbalAbility to work within a team environmentExcellent time management skills and prioritisation of workloadDemonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer serviceKey responsibilities:Conduct routine inspections, condition reports, and final bond inspectionsEnsure timely rent collection and arrears managementCoordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords, tenants, and contractorsHandle lease renewals, rent reviews, and vacate processesEnsure compliance with all Victorian rental laws and regulationsMaintain robust relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providersImplement and refine internal processes to improve efficiencyKeep up to date with industry changes and legislation updatesSupport the onboarding of current clients from Reventon and referral partners, ensuring a seamless transition intoEnsure the portfolio remains compliant with all relevant legislation, including Victorian rental minimum standards, inspections, safety requirements and required documentation.We note that you must possess unlimited Australian working rights and only short-listed applicants will be contacted.
