We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled and reliable Final Trim Excavator Operator to join us immediately on a full time basis.About the RoleYou will play a critical role in the excavation of our swimming pools, performing precise final trim and shaping work to ensure every excavation meets our exacting standards for beautiful, long-lasting pools.What You'll Be DoingOperating excavators for final trim and detailed shaping on residential and luxury pool sitesOperating excavators from Micro - 10 tonne to precise set out requirementsAchieving high-precision grades and levels for pool shell excavationWorking closely with our pool building crews to maintain tight construction timelinesMaintaining equipment and ensuring site safety standards are always metRequirementsMinimum 5–10 years experience as a Final Trim Excavator OperatorCurrent Excavator Ticket (essential)Proven experience in final trim / detailed finishing work on pools, landscaping or similar precision excavation projectsHR Licence (essential) – HC Licence highly preferredImmediate start availabilityAbility to fit into an existing team and work collaborativelyEasy to work with, follows instructions well, and is a excellent communicatorStrong attention to detail and pride in achieving perfect levels and gradesReliable, safety-conscious, and team-orientedFull Australian work rightsWhat We OfferFull-time permanent position with immediate startCompetitive hourly rate: $55 – $60 per hour (depending on experience)Consistent work across South Brisbane to Gold CoastModern, well-maintained equipmentSupportive team setting with ongoing projectsOpportunity to work on premium pool projectsBase Location:Burleigh HeadsOnly experienced final trim operators will be considered.
