We're currently looking for a friendly and organised Warranty Administrator to join our team.
Our business is built on exceptional customer service so we're looking for someone with fantastic interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.
You'll be responsible for:
Processing warranty claims as per manufacturer guidelines
Maintaining an adequate knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures
Keeping up to date with face to face and online administered training
Collaborating with other departments for claim accuracy
Reconciling warranty claims receivable and provide updates to the management team
While any prior experience and/or knowledge of the automotive industry would be highly regarded, it is not essential and we welcome applications from candidates who have worked in other administrative focused industries.
