We have a kind, friendly, fun-loving, hard-working, and qualified team that values collaboration to deliver the best possible experience to our patients.Reception:Greet patients upon arrival at the clinic or by telephone, manage patient appointment bookings, and provide follow-up phone calls as required.Collect patient information and liaise with dental suppliers, pathology, general practitioners, radiology and other health professionals and support services.Assist with copying,



filing and maintaining documents and dental health records.Dental receptionists need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, both in person, in writing, and over the phone.To be successful in this position, you will need to have:Previous experience in Dental/ Medical Reception duties (is a huge bonus)Excellent attitude toward teamworkAn ability to learn quickly and be self-motivatedGenuine care and empathy for othersGreat communication skills and organisational skillsBe well-presented, punctual,reliable, and professionalSuperior organisational skills & attention to detailStrong work ethic and ability to multitask with time efficiencyFirst aid certificate (is a bonus but not an absolute requirement)Vaccinated against COVID-19, Hepatitis, and up to date with all childhood vaccinations, including tetanus & Whooping cough.Have the integrity to want to help others!
