The role requires handling feasibility studies, budgets, cashflow, and approvals while coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
You will manage development cycles, liaise with legal and finance for contracts, and optimise design for cost, quality and constructability.
