A well-regarded national mid-tier accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager or Associate Director to join its Melbourne office.

This is a visible leadership role within a growing audit team, working closely with senior partners and contributing to the ongoing strengthening of the client base and team structure.

The Role

Reporting to the Audit Partners, you will:

- Manage a portfolio of mid-market audit clients
- Operate within a pooled partner structure (exposure across multiple partners)
- Lead and review the work of 4–5 staff, including offshore team members
- Oversee workflow, quality and client delivery
- Support team development and client engagement

About You

- 8+ years’ external audit experience
- Currently at Manager,



Senior Manager or Associate Director level
- Background in mid-tier, Top 10 or similar professional services firm
- Strong review capability and team leadership skills
- Comfortable managing diverse portfolios and improving processes
- Exposure to offshore team management advantageous
