Beavis Bartels is seeking experienced Machine Operators for the delivery of the New Bundaberg Hospital Project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major Queensland infrastructure project with ongoing opportunities for high-performing employees.
Key responsibilities
- Operating excavators and other civil construction plant.
- Excavation and installation of deep sewer infrastructure.
- Excavation and installation of water mains.
- Working safely in and around deep trench excavations.
- Working with trench shoring systems and shoring boxes.
- Carrying out daily plant inspections and basic operator maintenance.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
- Assisting with general civil construction activities as required.
About you
- Current White Card.
- Current driver's licence.
- RII competency and demonstrated experience operating 20–50 tonne excavators.
- Experience working with trench shoring systems and shoring boxes.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
