Angelo's Cabarita on the waterfront is seeking two full-time chefs to lead our high-performance kitchen.
You will prepare signature dishes, accommodate dietary orders, and collaborate with management to plan menus and costings for events.
You will supervise kitchen staff, mentor juniors, develop current recipes and presentation styles, manage stock, ensure freshness and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in food quality in a quick-paced, dynamic workplace.
