Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients in a warm, friendly and skilled mannerAnswer phone calls and respond to patient enquiriesBook, confirm and coordinate appointmentsProcess patient accounts and paymentsPrepare referrals,



correspondence and medical documentationProvide administrative support to doctors and nursing staffMaintain smooth patient flow throughout the clinicPrepare consulting rooms as requiredComplete general administrative duties to support daily practice operationsAbout YouFriendly, professional and well presentedStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailConfident using computers and willing to learn current systemsAble to work in a busy, fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual and a positive team playerWilling to open or close the practice when rosteredFlexible to assist with additional shifts when required to cover staff leave or illnessLooking for a long-term opportunityKnowledge of Gentu is an advantage, however full training can be provided.
