You'll ensure the job is done safely, efficiently, and in line with animal welfare and biosecurity standards.
This is a hands‐on role — you'll be working alongside your crew, setting the pace, and making sure every job is done right driving a crew truck & all terrain forklift on farm.Your day-to-day will include:Leading and engaging your crew on-siteOperating and transporting forklifts between farmsLiaising with farmers and internal teamsManaging paperwork and fatigue complianceEnsuring animal welfare and hygiene standards are metDriving MR vehicles to and from sitesWhat You'll NeedMR driver's licence (required)Forklift licence (required)Proven experience leading a team in a hands‐on role (agriculture, logistics, or similar)Robust communication and organisational skillsPhysically fit and comfortable with manual workWillingness to comply with PPE, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols(Note: You must not keep live poultry, avian species, or pigs at your residence)Ready to Lead?
