and assisting with frames selectionProviding in-depth product informationManaging our busy diary of customer appointmentsAdjusting and fitting customers frames - ensuring our product exceeds their expectationsEnsuring merchandising standards are met, including general cleanliness of the store.As Optical Assistant you will possess the following skills and experience:Previous experience is not requiredA self-starter with a sense of humour who enjoys variety and a busy environmentExcellent verbal and written communications skills, with robust attention to detailThe ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers.Great communication skills along with sound computer and smart phone knowledgeWe are well-known for valuing our people and offer not only competitive reward and advantages but also ongoing development and training.
