They are seeking an experienced Front of House professional to join their Sydney office on an immediate-start contract.The RoleAs the Corporate Receptionist of this busy skilled services office, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff.
You'll create a polished and welcoming experience while helping keep the office running smoothly.Your responsibilities will include:Managing reception and incoming callsGreeting and directing clients and visitorsManaging correspondence and general enquiriesProviding administrative support to the wider teamLiaising with building management and external suppliersCoordinating office supplies,



equipment and maintenance requestsEnsuring meeting rooms and common areas are always well presentedAbout YouYou will have previous front of house, reception or office services experience within accounting, legal, financial services or a similar corporate environment.Qualified and approachable, you remain calm under pressure and understand the importance of presentation, discretion and excellent client service.
