IMMEDIATE START | EXPERIENCED CLEANERS WANTED

360 Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for experienced residential cleaners to join our team on a casual basis.

We're looking for cleaners who already have professional cleaning experience, take genuine pride in their work and understand that there's a big difference between /"clean/" and properly clean.

Our clients choose us because of our attention to detail, consistency and the high standard we deliver in every home.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

- Have previous professional residential cleaning experience
- Have a strong eye for detail
- Take pride in the quality of your work
- Are hardworking, punctual and reliable
- Can work independently and manage your time effectively
- Are comfortable working from a checklist while also using your own initiative
- Are confident cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living areas to a high standard -
- Are comfortable with both regular maintenance cleans and larger/deep cleans
- Are professional and respectful when working in clients' homes
- Communicate well and are comfortable taking direction and feedback
- Don't mind working independently or as part of a small team

We're not looking for someone who simply /"likes cleaning/./" We're looking for someone who already knows how to clean professionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone (iOS/Android) to access our app, schedules and training
- Reliable and consistent availability




- Ability to work during school holidays
- Right to work in Australia
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Casual employment with ongoing work
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to increase as you prove reliable and consistent
- Work available between school hours
- Regular residential maintenance cleans
- Regular commercial maintenance cleans
- End-of-lease and deep-clean opportunities
- Before and after-hours work available too
- $33.85 per hour
- $37.91 per hour for eligible after-hours work
- Superannuation and applicable employment entitlements
- 99c per kilometre for travel between cleans
- Paid travel time between jobs
- Paid training and trial shifts
- Cleaning products and equipment supplied
- Insurance provided
- Monthly reward bonuses
