Comm Box is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer with strong AV knowledge to own complex issues and guide our support team from Comm Box HQ in Warriewood. You will diagnose problems across hardware, software, firmware, networking and AV environments, and manage warranty conversations with confidence.
You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to improve our products and support processes, coach junior staff, and occasionally support in office activities, training, and events.
