In this role, you'll be a key advocate — working directly with employers to showcase the value, capability, and advantages of inclusive hiring, while supporting participants into long-term, meaningful work.About the roleYou will:Build and maintain relationships with local employersWork closely with Career Coaches to place participants into suitable rolesReverse-market participants to employers, highlighting skills and strengthsNegotiate employment opportunities and support successful placementsAttend employer forums and networking eventsAbout youExperience in sales, business development,
