Walter's Steakhouse in Brisbane is looking for a solid Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team.
We are an upmarket Recent York style steakhouse showcasing house dry-aged porterhouses alongside a produce driven menu paying homage to the heyday of restaurant dining.
Our kitchen is fast paced, so large capacity upmarket restaurant experience is vital.
Requirements
Cert III or equivalent qualification
A positive, self driven attitude towards your work
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar environment
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as lead juniors on section
