This position would ideally suit someone with a passion for customer service combined with previous experience in Retail and/or Industrial sales.

you'll:Will be dealing with both the public and account customers through counter sales and phone enquiries.Prepare quotes and conduct after-sale follow-upsBe working closely withall departments of Southern Steel whilst maintaining strong customer relations withexternal clients.Applicants will ideally possess the following skills and abilities;Previous customer service/sales experience in Retail and/or Industrial salesPrevious Steel Industry Knowledge ( advantageous )High level of attention to detailThe ability to work as part of a team and autonomouslyStrong work ethic and high level of commitment to customer serviceExcellent communications skillsIf you're a proactive team player seeking a rewarding career in a dynamic industry, we'd love to hear from you.
