The Cambridge hub of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Service Administrator to join the Someone to Talk to Service Delivery team on a permanent, part time basis.
The role spans 21 hours per week across 3 days, 9:30am–5:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
You will manage enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and text, provide administration during drop-ins, and support referrals, bookings and waiting lists, with occasional travel to other hubs for training.
