Your responsibilities will include:



Managing your own residential investment portfolio Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Coordinating repairs and maintenance Processing lease renewals Conducting routine inspections Completing entry and exit condition reports Ensuring compliance with current residential tenancy legislation Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction No trust accounting required.
About You We're looking for someone who is positive, motivated and enjoys building lasting relationships.
You'll ideally have: Previous experience in residential property management A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence A current driver's licence Confidence using technology and digital systems Outstanding communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Excellent problem-solving skills High attention to detail A genuine passion for property management Salary Competitive remuneration packages starting from $84,000 plus, will be negotiated based on your experience, skills and performance.
