This is a great prospect to take on a leadership role, manage the audit portfolio, and mentor a high-performing team in a collaborative, growth-focused workplace.About the Role:As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements from planning to completion.
You'll work closely with clients, partners, and your team to ensure high-quality service delivery while also coaching and developing junior staff.Key Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end audit engagements for a diverse client portfolioLeading and mentoring a team of auditors,



providing guidance and technical expertiseReviewing audit work papers and ensuring compliance with Australian auditing standardsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships, providing insights and value-added servicesIdentifying and addressing technical accounting and audit issuesSupporting business development and contributing to the firm's growthAbout You:Minimum 5+ years of external audit experience in an Australian accounting firmCA/CPA qualified or equivalentStrong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Auditing StandardsExperience managing audit engagements and mentoring junior staffExcellent client relationship management skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhat's in it for you?
