This role is offered on a full time basis.Key Responsibility of the role include:Providing exceptional food for serviceDirecting food preparation and collaborating with the Head ChefOverseeing the preparation, cooking and presentation of mealsEnforcing strict health and hygiene standards in all food storage and preparation areasFull awareness of all menu items, their recipes,
