Growing Team: Be part of a thriving workshop with excellent job security.Up-to-date Workshop: Work with up to date diagnostic, alignment and tyre equipment.Candidate Requirements:Self Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and manage your own workflow.Licence: Must hold a a current full manual drivers licence (mandatory for road testing)Experience: Strong background in passenger/or 4WD wheel alignment and tyre fitting.Pace: Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a rapid paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform Alignments:



Execute precise wheel alignments on diverse vehicle makes and models.Fit & Balance Tyres: Mount, balance and fit new tyres quickly and accurately.Inspect Suspension: Evaluate steering and suspension systems for worn components.Diagnose Faults: Assess uneven tyre wear, steering pull, and handling vibrations.Repair Punctures: Inspect tyre damage and perform compliant puncture repairs.Calibrate Equipment: Operate and maintain 3D laser alignment machinery and balancers.Adjust Geometry: Correct camber, caster, and toe settings strictly to manufacture OEM specifications.Conduct Test Drives: Road test vehicles before and after service to verify correct adjustments made.Maintain Safety: Keep a clean organised bay and follow strict workshop safety protocols at all times.
