As Australia's largest independent trailer builder, Vawdrey aims to consistently improve the standard of design and quality within the country's trailer building industry.We are currently recruitingfor experienced and enthusiastic Welders/ Vehicle Body Builders to work at our workshop in Larapinta, QLD.Primary responsibilities includeMaintaining and repairing semi trailers and rigid truck bodies, including but not limited to: doors, roof sheets, roof rails etc.Ability to weld steel 1.6mm – 16mm ( MIG)



and alloy 2 – 6mm ( MIG)Ability to perform curtain welding and basic auto electrical jobBe able to conduct chassis alignment.Be able to read and interpret job cards, record works carried out in detailed job logs within strict timelines.To be successful in this role, you will haveExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperiencein a smash repairs workshopForklift and/orHeavy vehicle licence ( HC licence) desirableBasic painting skills highly desirableIf this sounds like you and you hold the required experiences and skills
