Academic Services Officer (12-Month Maternity Leave Cover)All Souls St Gabriels School - Queenton QLDFull time, Contract16d ago , from All Souls St Gabriels SchoolAll Souls St Gabriels School is seeking an organised and proactive Academic Services Officer to join our Senior School team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.Reporting to the Dean of Studies, this role provides high-level administrative support across Senior School academic programs, with a strong focus on Vocational Education and Training (VET), student pathways, compliance, examinations and academic records.About the RoleThis is a wide-ranging and rewarding position that supports students, staff and families while ensuring the smooth administration of Senior School academic services.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating VET programs, work placements, apprenticeships and traineeshipsLiaising with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs),



employers and external providersSupporting QCAA administration and compliance requirementsCoordinating external examinations and testing programsManaging student records and academic dataAssisting with academic reporting processesSupporting the Dean of Studies with day-to-day administration and schedulingPromoting student pathway opportunities and supporting student successAbout YouYou will be an experienced administrator who can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships with students, families and staff.Current Queensland Blue Card (or ability to obtain)Legal right to work in AustraliaExperience in school administrationStrong computer and data management skillsExcellent organisational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProfessional, confidential and student-focused approachExperience with VET administrationKnowledge of QCAA processesExperience working in an educational environmentWhy Join Us?
