This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the Club operates in full compliance with all Queensland and Commonwealth legislative obligations, licence conditions, and regulatory requirements applicable to community-based licensed clubs.Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in protecting the Club's licences, reputation, and strong standing within the community.About the RoleThe Compliance Coordinator will support compliance across a broad range of operational and regulatory areas, with a solid focus on:Incident, Audit & Enforcement ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure ongoing compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and licence conditionsMonitor and maintain liquor and gaming compliance frameworksOversee AML/CTF obligations, including reporting, monitoring, and staff awarenessSupport the development and implementation of governance frameworks and policiesLead risk management processes, audits, and compliance reviewsAssist with the management of incidents, investigations,
